Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

🎄 Important Note on Seasonal & Holiday Items

Due to the nature of seasonal products, opened or used seasonal and holiday decorations cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. This includes items from our Indoor Seasonal & Holiday Decor and Outdoor Seasonal & Holiday Decor categories that show signs of use.

Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.

Ship Your Return

Package your item securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ship to our address using a trackable method.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to appear in your account

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost of the replacement item to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
